MARL

Marl (lat. marga) is a very fine-grained sedimentary rock consisting of calcite or dolomite and clayey materials. Marl is widespread in nature. Marl has a dense structure and high durability. It comes in various coloring, often in lighter shades. Marl deposits are developed in open quarries. It is used in cement production and as construction material.

Application: exterior and interior finishing (facing tiles, cornices, balusters, window-sills, columns, column bases).
