VOLCANIC TUFF
Volcanic tuff (from Italian tufo) is a porous rock formed from volcanic ash during eruptions. The color palette of tuff is rather wide – from black, brown, orange, violet, grey, pink, dark red (vinous) and green to light yellow. Due to technical characteristics and unique decorative features, tuff is used for interior finishing and exterior facing of walls sand building facades, and as construction material in the form of brick. Tuff facing slabs are characterized by lightness, waterproofness, sound and heat insulation, which makes it possible to use tuff for facing multi-storey building facades.
